From wild Greek thyme and solid olive wood
Our honey comes from Greek beekeepers whose bees collect the nectar of wild thyme. It is cold-extracted and never heated, so its aroma and natural enzymes are preserved. The dipper is handmade from the wood of olive trees that no longer bear fruit – a sustainable natural product whose grain makes every piece unique.

Duftet nach Urlaub, schmeckt entspannt
Ich hatte etwas Gewöhnliches erwartet, aber dieser Thymianhonig duftet überraschend aromatisch und einladend; im Geschmack bleibt er eher sanft, und die Konsistenz liegt für mich angenehm in der Mitte.
Solider Honig, eher zurückhaltend im Duft, aber so lecker
Und genau so ist es auch beim Löffeln: Die Konsistenz passt, der Geschmack ist rund und angenehm, nur das Aroma bleibt für mich ziemlich blass. Für den Preis ist das in Ordnung, auch wenn ich mir etwas mehr Charakter in der Nase gewünscht hätte. Es ist von der Konsistenz her der beste Honig überhaupt, aber Thymian kann auch mehr sein.

Das Thymianaroma ist verhalten, dürfte auch etwas kräftiger sein.

Unglaublich aromatisch und intensiv. Schmeckt nicht nur toll, sondern fühlt sich auch richtig wohltuend an. Ist für seine heilende Wirkung bekannt 😍 meine Halsschmerzen waren sofort weg.

So ein Gedicht von Honig
Habe so einige Honigerzeugnisse gekostet! Viele auch von heimischen Imkern mit gutem Geschmack. Der Jegit Thymianhonig hat mich neugierig gemacht wie er wohl schmeckt. Als ich ihn auspackte hat mich die schöne goldgelbe Farbe angemacht. Beim Öffnen steigt mir tatsächlich ein Duft von Thymian in die Nase und was soll ich sagen: geschmacklich so gut, daß binnen Kurzem beinah das ganze Glas leer gegessen ist. Dieser Honig ist ohne Übertreibung ein äußerst leckeres Produkt fleißiger Bienchen.
Mein neuer Liebling
Ich esse sehr gerne und viel Honig und kenne mich gut damit aus. Nicht jeder Honig schmeckt mir und ich bin da sehr wählerisch. Dieser Thymian Honig von Jegit hat einen wunderbaren Thymianduft und die perfekte Konsistenz, nicht zu flüssig und nicht zu fest, genau meins. Sehr sehr lecker!
