How do payouts work?
To ensure security and reliability, we automatically process payouts every 14 days on the 1st and 15th of each month for commissions over €50.
A friend used my affiliate link but entered someone else’s discount code – why didn’t I get a commission?
When a customer uses a discount code, the sale is attributed to the affiliate who owns that code, even if they clicked on your link first. To avoid losing commissions, make sure your followers use YOUR discount code at checkout.
