Delivery countries
We deliver to Germany, all EU member states and Switzerland. Within Germany, delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is also possible.

Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from conclusion of the contract. You will receive a tracking link by email. The applicable shipping costs are shown again in the checkout before you place your order.
Deliveries to Switzerland
Switzerland is not part of the EU customs territory. Import duties and taxes (e.g. Swiss VAT) may be charged on delivery and are to be borne by the recipient, unless they have already been shown and collected in the checkout.
