Refund policy

This page contains (1) the statutory cancellation policy for consumers, (2) the model withdrawal form and (3) the conditions of our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

1. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jegit – Pour La Vie, Renas Sheho, Anna-Seghers-Straße 94, 28279 Bremen, Germany, phone: +49 176 81010935, email: info@jegit.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we grant you a voluntary money-back guarantee on the following conditions:

  • Scope: The guarantee applies to all products that consumers purchase directly in our online shop at jegit.de with a delivery address in Germany. It does not apply to purchases via third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
  • Content: If you are not satisfied with a product, we will refund the purchase price paid for that product – even if the product has already been opened or partially used.
  • Duration: 30 days from receipt of the goods.
  • How to claim: Send us an email to info@jegit.de within the 30 days stating your order number. We will then send you a free return label. Please return the product (including opened or partially used products) within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  • Costs: The guarantee is free of charge for you. We bear the costs of return shipping.
  • Refund: We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the payment method you used for your order.
  • Territorial scope: Germany.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. This guarantee is voluntary. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights for defects apply in addition to the guarantee, free of charge, and are not restricted by it. You may exercise your statutory rights regardless of whether a guarantee claim exists or is asserted.
