Harmonisch gewürzt und schön knackig
Die Oliven schmecken genau so, wie sie sollen, würzig und angenehm ausbalanciert. Das Aroma wirkt frisch und lebendig, und die Mischung aus Oregano, Zitrone und Knoblauch kommt richtig gut durch. Dazu sind sie fest und saftig, genau die Art Biss, die ich bei geknackten Oliven mag.
Meine Oliven sind mir zu kräftig
Also, das Aroma ist wirklich stark, Oregano, Zitrone und Knoblauch kommen sofort durch. Erst wirkt das spannend, dann kippt es für mich aber, weil der Geschmack einfach zu intensiv und nicht rund genug ist. Dazu sind die Oliven sehr weich, was die Sache noch etwas matschig wirken lässt. Wer es kräftig und deutlich würzig mag, findet hier vielleicht genau das Richtige, für mich war es am Ende zu viel.

Die Würzung verteilt sich sehr gleichmäßig, und die Bissfestigkeit passt für mich auch gut dazu. Am meisten überrascht hat mich, wie unkompliziert sie trotzdem wirken, weil sie einfach sauber und ausgewogen bleiben.
